Sennorikyu Daiginjo35
Japanese tea master who perfected the tea ceremony and raised it to the level of an art. He was born in Sakai That is why the name of the brand is based on his name.
Sennorikyu Hachidanjikomi Kanrakushu Junmai Daiginjo
Junmai Daiginjo Shu(“pure rice” sake) which is using 100% of Yamada-Nishiki(Hy-ogo Pre.) polished down to 40%. Worthy of a special mention is eight-step preparation for fermentation mash despite three-step preparation normally. There is no brewery that makes sake with the method.
WAGYU SANKA Sparkling Liqueur
Wagyu is Japanese beef. Sanka sounds like halleluja.
The name “Wagyu Sanka” means praise and thank to Wagyu.
What we had wanted to develop is a new type of alcohol drink to be best with Wagyu and break the mold.
